The HP Battery Replacement Care Pack comes with 2 years of warranty extension free. This offers a one-time battery replacement if the original battery is detected to be faulty or has diminished charging capacity below 50%. In either case, the user will receive onsite or at-home support via HP-authorised representatives.

Battery Failure Warranty:
This covers failures resulting from defects in materials, or workmanship and a decrease in charging capacity below. 50% which happens over time and with the use of all batteries.
Remote diagnosis support:
Basic telephone technical assistance for diagnostics, electronic remote support solutions, troubleshooting, problem resolution, installation, and setup.
Onsite Support:
The HP-Authorised representative will offer technical support to replace the defective battery at your location.
Service Limitations
Coverage options
This HP Care Pack offers only a one-time battery replacement per product. The coverage is limited to the primary battery that was originally configured and purchased with the product.
Exclusions
Failure or diminished battery capacity caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, contamination, improper calibration, improper or inadequate maintenance or other external causes will not be services under this HP Care Pack.
