As the name suggests, it covers damages caused by accidents such as dropping, liquid spills, cracked screens etc. It ensures users get genuine HP parts when needed for replacement and covers shipping costs and labour services.

Service Limitations
Usage
Improper use, inadequate site preparation, environmental conditions, or non-compliance with applicable guidelines
Modifications
Unauthorized modifications, improper system maintenance, or calibration not performed by HP or authorised by HP.
Software
Failure or functional limitations of non-HP software or products that impact systems receiving HP support or service.
Malware
Malware (e.g., virus, worm, etc.) not introduced by HP.
Terms and Conditions
- ADP coverage will begin from the purchase date of the device and years of coverage will be based on the HP care pack purchased by the customer. For example, if the customer purchased the device on 15th June 2022 and added a 3-year ADP care pack, coverage will begin on 15th June 2022 and end by 14th June 2025.
- ADP does not increase the warranty period, it only adds warranty benefits.
- ADP covers repairs/replacements such as Broken screens, and spilt liquid.
- ADP does not cover Damage caused by natural disasters, theft, or loss.
- ADP is only valid for HP India official laptops and only in the country where HP hardware & HP Care Packs were purchased. ADP will be valid outside the purchase country only if the HP Care Pack covers ADP plus travel.
