ARM Infoserve India provides integrated aftermarket service solutions for HP products, including comprehensive warranty support. We seek enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the users and the renowned HP Service Team.
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Providing information about the AMC packages and warranty extensions
- Convincing the customers to buy our services
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Building strong customer relationships and maintaining it
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Updating customer information in the database
- English proficiency level 3
- MBA or equivalent masters degree
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good computer skills and ability to use databases and CRM software
- Ability to relocate to Bengaluru
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
