Cancellation Period
Customers can request the cancellation of their HP Care Pack within 7 to 30 days of purchase, as specified in the purchase agreement. Cancellation requests should be made through ARM Infoserve customer support or the sales partner from whom the Care Pack was purchased.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full Refund: Available if the cancellation request is made before the Care Pack has been activated or registered, meaning no services have been used or claimed.
- Partial Refund: If the Care Pack has been activated or a claim has been made, a partial refund may be offered by HP based on the remaining coverage period. The refund amount may be prorated according to the unused portion of the warranty period.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds are typically not provided if the Care Pack is activated and a significant portion of the coverage has been used (e.g., services have been claimed or a substantial time has elapsed).
- HP Care Packs that are bundled with certain promotions or offers may have restrictions on cancellation and refunds.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact ARM Infoserve customer support or the sales partner from whom the Care Pack was purchased.
- Provide the necessary details, such as the Care Pack purchase proof, product serial number, and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will guide you through the process and confirm your eligibility for a refund.
