Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
Customers may request a refund on their HP Care Pack within 7 days of purchase, subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
A refund can be requested only if both of the following conditions are met:
- The Care Pack was purchased while the original HP manufacturer’s warranty was still active. Refunds are not available for Care Packs purchased after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
- The customer wishes to upgrade to a Care Pack with a higher level of coverage.
Refund Process
- A refund request is submitted to ARM Infoserve customer support.
- Our team sends a reset request to the HP Care Pack team on your behalf.
- HP’s business team independently reviews and approves the reset — this step is outside ARM Infoserve’s control.
- Once HP confirms the warranty reset — which may take 7–15 working days — the refund is processed and issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The Care Pack has been activated, and services have been claimed, or a significant portion of the coverage period has elapsed.
- The Care Pack was purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or special offer.
- The Care Pack was registered against a device whose original purchase date renders the coverage invalid or near-expired — for example, a Care Pack registered several years after the unit was sold, leaving negligible remaining coverage.
- HP’s internal business team has rejected the reset request after validation. Such rejections are outside ARM Infoserve’s control.
How to Request a Refund
Contact ARM Infoserve customer support or the sales partner from whom the Care Pack was purchased. Please have the following ready:
- Proof of Care Pack purchase
- Product serial number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will confirm your eligibility and guide you through the process.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the Care Pack purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for consideration. All refunds are subject to HP’s internal reset approval and are not guaranteed.
