b. Digital Operations
- Operate with a paper-lite approach by digitising invoicing, reporting, communication, and documentation.
- Avoid print usage unless essential; default to digital signatures, cloud storage, and email.
c. Energy Efficiency
- Use energy-efficient lighting and appliances (e.g., LED bulbs, inverter ACS).
- Monitor and reduce electricity usage by implementing operating-hour-based control systems.
- Educate staff to adopt energy-conscious behaviour (e.g., turning off systems when not in use).
d. Procurement and Vendor Practices
- Prefer vendors and partners who demonstrate environmental responsibility.
